A 50,000 sqm logistics terminal is to be built in the Khabarovsk Advanced Development Territory by Logopark DV, a new resident of the Territory.
The investment into the Class A facility for storage of various cargo is to exceed 2 billion rubles ($21.6 million).
The project is part of the programme to develop logistics centers using the built-to-suit scheme.
