С.Франк избран председателем совета директоров «Совкомфлота»

    23 июня состоялось первое организационное заседание нового состава совета директоров ПАО «Совкомфлот», избранного годовым общим собранием акционеров ПАО «Совкомфлот» 15 июня текущего года.

    В ходе заседания был избран председатель совета директоров Сергей Франк, сообщили SeaNews в «Совкомфлоте».

    Напомним, новый совет директоров избран 15 июня. В него вошли 11 человек.
