Самый длинный контейнерный поезд из Владивостока в Москву

Longest Block Train from Vladivostok to Moscow

  • The first combined block train consisting of 76 fitting platforms has left Vladivostok in the Russian Far East and is travelling to the station of Silikatnaya in Moscow region.

Together with the three-section Yermak 3ES5K electric-driven locomotive the train is 1,800 meters long and weighs 4,700 tons, as much as two freight trains, Russian Railways said.

But, unlike two trains, the long train does not need two slots in the railway schedule.
