В совете директоров Global Ports новый председатель

    С 13 сентября из Совета директоров Global Ports вышли Сорен Якобсен, Могенс Петерсен и Кристиан Баи Холлунд. Об этом SeaNews сообщили в Global Ports

    Новым председателем Совета директоров избран Владимир Бычков.

    Напомним, 13 сентября ГК «Дело» и компания APM Terminals (APMT), входящая в A.P. Moller — Maersk, закрыли ранее согласованную сделку по приобретению 30,75% акций компании Global Ports Investments Plc.
