APMT выходит из Global Ports

    Global Ports Investments сообщил, что компания и ее Совет директоров 11 марта 2022 года получили уведомление от APM Terminals B.V., владеющего 30,75% акций Global Ports, о намерении начать процедуру выхода из акционерного капитала Global Ports.

    APMT также проинформировал, что представители APMT продолжат работать в Совете директоров и исполнять свои обязательства перед компанией до завершения выхода APMT из ее капитала.
