First imports are customs cleared at the new port of Sukhodol in the Russian Far East, the RF Federal Customs Service reported in its social media account.
Sukhodol, which was designed primarily for coal export, has handled 548 cars imported from China. It is the first import shipment via the port.
According to the Customs Service, Sukhodol plans to handle cars, containers and other imported cargo.
