Global Ports, part of Delo Group, has announced that Global Ports Investments PLC has been deregistered from the Cyprus company register on 25 December 2023.
The confirmation of this fact was received by the Company on 31 January 2024.
The redomiciliation of the company to the Russian Federation, as resolved by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 2 March 2023, is therefore completed.
