Murmansk Handles Its Longest Cargo

  • Murmansk Commercial Sea Port has completed loading the first vessel with unique large and long cargo, pipe dowels measuring up to 32 meters long. This is the first time the port has handled items of such length. The shipment consisted of some 100 pipe dowels.

    The cargo was loaded on board the m/v “Valery Vasiliev” that will deliver it to the Arctic region where construction sites of large- scale infrastructure projects are being developed.

    Meanwhile, the vessel load is being accumulated in the port of Murmansk.
