Fish Logistics Project for Murmansk

  • Antey Group intends to develop a fish handling, storage and procession facility on the territory of Murmansk Fishing Port, Arkady Pinchevsky, Chairman of the Antey Asset Management Board told the Murmansk Region Governor at their recent meeting.

    According to the regional government’s press office, the project will coat at least 10 bn rubles ($159 mn). The overall territory will make 41 hectare, where a 13,000 tons per annum fish processing factory, a 20,000 tons cold store, a reefer container terminal, and industrial park to accommodate food products facilities will be located.

    The project envisages utilizing the Northern Sea Route to implement new logistics schemes.
