The service frequency is once in ten days. Trains depart from Commercial Port of Vladivostok and arrive at the rail station Ulyanovsk 3 with a transit time of 11 days. The bulk of the train load will be consumer goods and car parts.

From Ulyanovsk, FESCO offers door delivery to customers in the Volga region to Saransk, Togliatti, Samara, Cheboksary, Kazan, Penza and Naberezhnye Chelny.
