During January-November 2017, Russia exported 77.3 thousand cars. This is 26.9% above the result for the same period of 2016.
Russian truck export was slightly down, minus 0.8% year-on-year, making 12.2 thousand units.
In terms of value, car export increased 21.4% to $1.2 bn, while truck export dropped 13.1% to $261.4 mn.
Car import into Russia declined 2.9% to 236.8 units, but their value grew 8.9% to $5.97 bn.
Truck import surged both in terms of number (+54.4% to 27.3 thousand units) and value (+99.4% to $1.79 bn).
