RF President Vladimir Putin has signed Executive Order On the Maritime Board of the Russian Federation, the Kremlin press office reports.
Under the Executive Order, the Maritime Board will include the Council for the Strategic Development of the Navy, the Council for the Defence of National Interests in the Arctic and the Council for the Development and Support of Maritime Activities.
Presidential Aide Nikolay Patrushev was appointed Chairman of the Maritime Board.
