The decree of the Government of the Russian Federation to this effect was signed by RF Premier Mikhail Mishustin on January 31, 2024.

In accordance with the document, the international road checkpoint Lobok is included into the list of border crossing points where vehicles transporting sanctioned goods are allowed to enter or leave the territory of Russia.

At Lobok, cargo entering the country is marked with electronic navigation seals so that the movement of sanctioned goods could be monitored.
