A 10,000 sqm multifunctional industrial and warehousing complex is to be built in Komsomolsk-na-Amure, the Khabarovsk Kray government press office said in a statement.
An agreement on the project was signed between Russian Far East and Arctic Development Corporation and the investor, Kristall, a resident of the Khabarovsk advanced development territory.
The complex will be the first of the kind in the city and the ninth in Khabarovsk Kray. It will include three 1,500 sqm workshops, a 5,400 warehouse and a 400 sqm administrative building.
The estimated cost of the project is 170 million rubles ($1.8 million). The complex is planned to be put into operation in 2027.
