Pavel Oleinik has been appointed executive director of Murmansk Commercial Sea Port, the port said in a statement. He took up his new duties as of December 1, 2023.
Oleinik has a degree from the Simferopol State University in applied mathematics and from the Plekhanov Russian Academy in finance and credit.
He has been in the port industry since 2004. In 2007 he was appointed Vice President, investment, of Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port, and in 2011 took up the office of the Managing Director of Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg.
