RF President Vladimir Putin signed an order to transfer the shares of Far Eastern Shipping Company to Rosatom State Corporation.
‘Include Far Easter Shipping Company PAO in to the list of joint stock companies the shares of which are in federal property and are subject to transfer to the state corporation for nuclear energy Rosatom as a property contribution from the Russian Federation,’ the order reads.
The order enters into force since the day of signing, on November 8, 2023.
