Sovcomflot has announced that the AGM held on June 15 made a decision to pay 50% of the Group’s adjusted profit for the year as dividend.
The dividend for the year 2022 will amount to 10,189 mn rubles ($123.3 mn), or 4.29 rubles per common share, the Group said in a statement.
The Group’s adjusted profit for 2022 made 20,360 mn rubles ($246.4 mn), up 4.4-fold year-on-year, while profit for the period surged 10.8-fold to make $385.3 mn.
