FESCO Adds Vessel on Viet Nam Service

  • FESCO Transport Group has put a second vessel on its FESCO Vietnam Direct Line (FVDL) service between Viet Nam and Commercial Port of Vladivostok.

    From now on, two container ships will be deployed in the service, the 850 TEU “A Houou” and the 750 TEU “Bal Boan”, the Group said in a statement.

    The FVDL port rotation is: Vladivostok — Haiphong — Ho Shi Minh — Vladivostok. The service frequency is fortnightly with a transit time of 9-21 days from Vladivostok to Viet Nam.

    Starting November 1, Ho Shi Minh will be used for transshipment of containers from Thailand, Malaysia, India and Pakistan to Russia.

    FESCO launched FVDL in May 2022. Since then, more than 6,500 TEU was carried in both directions.
