FESCO и Почта России повысят скорость доставки международных отправлений

FESCO and Russian Post Agree on Multimodal Container Transport

  • FESCO Transport Group and Russian Post have concluded an agreement to mutually develop domestic and international multimodal container transportation. The document was signed during the Eastern Economic Forum held this September in Vladivostok.

The parties intend to develop mechanisms to cut transit time for international shipments of socially important gods via the Russian Far East including those transported using FESCO-operated maritime services.

The partners will use the two companies’ infrastructure to deliver postal and LCL shipments. They plan to launch reliable high-speed multimodal services from South Asia, the Asian Pacific region and the Middle East.

FESCO and Russian Post started cooperating in May 2022. FESCO provided containers to carry cars on board the first Rossiya postal block train running from Moscow to Vladivostok.
