TransContainer, Evropac, EFCO to Increase Vegetable Oil Transportation to China

  • TransContainer, Evropac and EFCO Agricultural Holding have agreed to expand cooperation to increase the export of vegetable oil to China. A memorandum to this effect was signed by Alexander Isurin, President of TransContainer, Valery Rudyuk, Chairman of Evropac Board, and Maxim Borisov, Director, Transport Logistics Division of EFCO, at the international transport and logistics exhibition TransRussia in Moscow.

    The memorandum envisages increasing containerized export of export designated products of EFCO to China via the terminal operated by TransContainer at the rail station of Pridacha in Voronezh region and the railway border crossing of Zabaikalsk on the Russian/Chinese border as well as via the sea port of Novorossiysk and the Russian Far East. The destinations are Shanghai, Tianjin, Qingdao, Chongqing, Nantong, Yingkou, and Huangpu.

    Under the agreement, TransContainer provides containers and platforms, and Evropac supplies flexitanks and offers freight forwarding services.
