Vanino Port has concluded a contract worth 20 mn rubles ($25.8 thousand) to develop project documentation to build and install windbreak and dust suppression fencing.
The contractor has 8 months to develop the documents. The fencing will be 12 to 20 meters high and more than 1,100 meters long.
The fencing layout is to take into account the coal handling and storage technology used in the port as well as the existing communications and engineering networks.
