«Рускон» и «ТрансКонтейнер» запустили новый прямой контейнерный сервис из Китая на юг России

New Rail Container Service from China to South Russia

  • This July, Ruscon and TransContainer, both parts of Delo Group, have launched a new direct rail container services from Ningbo / Shanghai via Zabaikalsk to Pyatigorsk in the south of Russia.

    Prior to this, containers from Southeast Asia were transported to this region by rail to Moscow and from there trucked to the destination.

    Ruscon acts the operator and TransContainer provides fitting platforms and containers and is responsible for rail transportation. Impex Group, the key partner in the project, provides cargo base, terminal services at the destination and last mile delivery.

    The first shipment carried by the new route has already been delivered to the rail station of Skachki in Stavropol region.

    The new service is expected to cut shippers’ costs and the transit time and reduce the pressure on the road infrastructure in the Central Russia – South Russia corridor, Sergey Beryozkin, President of Ruscon, commented.
