Container Terminal Saint-Petersburg has handled the first block train from Yekaterinburg in the Urals operated by Freight One in cooperation with Universal Forwarder.
The first train arrived at the terminal this month carrying 62 20’ units laden with metal products designated for South American and Asian consignees.
The new service allows of delivering cargo from the Urals in short time within 3-4 days.
