Artur Sedov has been appointed Managing Director of Rostermnalugol, a major coal terminal in Ust-Luga.
He replaces Yevgeny Korban, who will continue supporting the company as Advisor to the Managing Director.
Artur Sedov has been has been working for Rostermnalugol, since 2007 he was Director, Operations.
