By order of Harbour Master of Primorsk, the icebreaking period in the port has been announced over w.e.f. April 17.
However, small craft, pleasure boats and yachts are not allowed to sail in Primorsk yet.
In Ust-Luga, these vessels are allowed into the port in the approach fairways since April 15.
