Foreign-Flagged Tankers Allowed to Trade from Sabetta

  • The Government of the Russian Federation has allowed vessels flying foreign flags to transport gas and condensed gas from Sabetta.

    Vessels time-chartered for at least 15 years are allowed to trade until December 30, 2043. The list of such vessels is set by an Appendix to the Governmental Order.

    Foreign-flagged vessels that are time-chartered for no longer than 6 months are allowed to carry gas and condensed gas from Sabetta until December 31, 2021.

    The list of the vessels allowed to trade until the end of 2043 is as follows:

    • Clean Planet,
    • Clean Vision,
    • Lena River,
    • Yenisei River,
