Global Ports завершил редомициляцию в Российскую Федерацию

    Global Ports (входит в Группу компаний «Дело») сообщает, что 25 декабря 2023 года Global Ports Investments PLC была исключена из реестра компания Кипра, сообщили SeaNews в Global Ports.

    Соответствующее подтверждение было получено компанией 31 января 2024 года. Таким образом, редомициляция компании в Российскую Федерацию, решение о которой приняли акционеры на внеочередном собрании 02 марта 2023 года, завершена.
