Novotrans has obtained a permission from the RF Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport (Rosmorrechflot) for putting into operation the objects of the first stage of its LUGAPORTithe universal trade terminal.
Stage 1 includes a launching complex designed for unloading large-size equipment, poral cranes and shiploaders delivered by sea for the terminal and handling slid bulk and general cargo that can be stored in open yards.
The launching complex includes Berth 1 304.1 meters long with a capacity of 10.3 mn tons per annum, open storage yards, approach and terminal rails, handling equipment, administrative and auxiliary buildings, technical and engineering infrastructure.
