Murmansk Handles Largest Bulker in Its History

  • Murmansk Commercial Sea Port has handled the largest bulker to have ever called Murmansk, the 206,200 dwt “Beks Brown”, the port said in a statement.

    The Newcastlemax took on board 178,600 tons of cargo, the largest shipment ever loaded by the port in its 100 years of history.

    The previous record was set almost two years ago when Murmansk Commercial Sea Port loaded 160,300 tons onto the Capesize bulker “Seaforce”.
