Yevgeny Tuzinkevich has been appointed deputy head of the RF Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport (Rosmorrechlot). Order No1964-r to this effect was signed by RFV Premier Mikhail Mishustin on July 24.
Tuzinkevich, born in Kurgan region, graduated from the Novorossiysk State Maritime Academy and started his career in shipping as a third mate with Sovcomflot, and worked as master of large-tonnage tankers.
During 2009-2017 he was deputy harbour master and harbour master of Kavkaz Port, in 2017 was appointed harbour master of Novorossiysk, and in 2020 became chief of the Black Sea Ports Authority.
