Rostov Oblast and DonBioTech have concluded an agreement to implement a project aimed at building a complex for deep processing of grain to produce aliphatic amino acid lysine.
The document was signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum last week by Rostov Oblast Governor Vasily Golubev and Russian Hydrogen MD Eduard Davydov.
Russian Hydrogen as the investor of the project has undertaken to complete the object, Rostov Oblast government said in a statement.
Rostov Oblast on its part said it is prepared to provide engineering communications, including the road access and gas.
According to E.Davydov, Russian Hydrogen is investing 20 bn rubles ($242 mn) into the project. The plant will be equipped with state of the art equipment. The facility is scheduled to start operations in 2026.:
