Container Hall, a new culture hub is to be inaugurated in Murmansk on July 1. It will be the venue of the Second Arctic urban art festival ROST 2022.
Container Hall is a two-story building made from 12 shipping containers housing a exhibition space, creative workshops, a cinema, premises for volunteers and an administrative office.
The idea to establish Container Hall was suggested by the Murmansk Oblast urban development center, and supported by Murmansk Commercial Sea Port.
