On April 7, 2022, the Board of the Association of European Businesses (AEB) elected Dr. Alexander Liberov, President & CEO Siemens Russia, CEO Siemens Mobility Russia, as Chairman of the Board.
Alexander Liberov joined Siemens corporation in 1996 and worked in logistics, production, sales, M&A projects, as well as corporate finance and was responsible for business in multiple regions including Singapore and South-East Asia, China, Australia, USA, and Germany. He has experience of leading energy, healthcare, railway transport, and city infrastructure businesses.
In 2015 Dr. Liberov took over as CFO Siemens Russia. In 2018 he was appointed President & CEO Siemens Russia, Central Asia, and Belarus, and in January 2022 he additionally took a position of CEO Siemens Mobility Russia.
Alexander Liberov has been an AEB Board member since 2016.
