The RF Government has taken a decision to allow parallel import into the country of popular original foreign goods without a consent of right holders. The order No506 to this effect was signed on March 29, 2022.
The list of such goods allowed for parallel import will be made by the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the basis of the federal bodies’ proposals.
Goods imported in the framework of parallel import will be subject to all the applicable customs and control procedures, RF Premier Mikhail Mishustin said.
The measure is expected to provide the domestic market with popular goods and stabilize prices for them.
