RZD Logistics Novosibirsk-based branch has started organizing a regular block train service for sawn goods exported from Russia to China, the company said in a statement.
A block train carrying 62 40’ units left the rail station of Krasnoyarsk in Siberia and is en route to China via the territory of Mongolia.
Earlier this year, RZD Logistics sent another train with sawn goods to China from the station of Bazaikha.
The next train run is scheduled for October. The plan is to provide a regular fortnightly service.
