FESCO has raised the Russian flag on its container ship that was named “FESCO Yanina” on September 1. The vessel will start on her first voyage under the Russian flag pm September 22 fto Magadan.
At present, the ship is undergoing classification procedures with the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, FESCO said in a statement.
The 142 m LOA, 22 m beam, 13,000 dwt vessel has a 962 TEU capacity and a crew of 14.
The “FESCO Yanina” is a third ship FESCO acquired during the past 18 months. In 2020, the group acquired dry cargo ships “FESCO Uliss” and “”FESCO Paris.
