Russia Closing Three Sakhalin Ports for Foreign Vessels

    • Three port on the island of Sakhalin in the Russian Far East will be closed for foreign-flagged ships by Governmental decree No2245-r signed by RF Premier Mikhail Mishustin.

    The ports to be closed for foreign vessels are Alexandrovsk-Saakhalinsky, Moskalvo, and Poronaisk.
