The semi-submersible floating production unit “Severnoe Siyanie” (literally, Northern Lights) has been delivered to Murmansk assisted by Rosmorport’s pilots, Rosmorport has reported.
The rig was delivered on board the Marshall Islands-flagged heavylift vessel “HLV GPO Ametist”, offloaded with the help of port tugboats and positioned in the port basin.
The “Severnoe Siyanie” is expected to remain in Murmansk till the end of August to be prepared for towage to the place of deployment in the Kara Sea.
