TransContainer Mulls Building Transport Logistics Center in Krasnoyarsk Region

  • TransContainer signed an agreement cooperation with Krasnoyarsk Kray at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum that started in St. Petersburg yesterday. The document stipulating for the company to study options of establishing a transport logistics center in the region was signed by TransContainer President Alexander Isurin and Krasnoyarsk Governor Alexander Uss.

    The project is estimated to cost some 15 bn rubles ($197.8 mn) to be invested during three years. Building the transport logistics center is planned on the condition that the RF Government orders establishing a special economic zone with a transport logistics and industrial hub on the basis of Krasnoyarsk and Cheremshanka airports in Krasnoyarsk Kray.
