Экспорт угля и кокса, январь 2021: вывоз угля сократился, кокса увеличился

Coal and Coke Export in January 2021: Coal Down and Coke Up

  • According to the RF Federal Customs Service, in January 2021 Russia exported 12.2 mn tons of coal, down 2.8% year-on-year and down 43.7% month-on-month. In terms of value, coal export amounted to $729.3 mn, down 12.7% year-on-year and down 38% month-on-month.

    Coal import during the period under report made 1.5 mn tons, down 13.8% year-on-year and down 30.3% month-on-month, worth $31.3 mn, up 13.8% year-on-year and down 6.8% month-on-month.

    Coke and coal char export in January 2021 made 280.7 thousand tons, up 66.9% year-on-year and up 11.9% month-on-month. In terms of value it was worth $52.9 mn, up 67.4% year-on-year and up 17.6% month-on-month.
