Andrey Lavrischev has been appointed head of the Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport (Rosmorrechflot) by order signed by RF Premier Mikhail Mishustin.
Prior to this appointment, A.Lavrischev was Director of Rosmorport. In his new position, he takes over from Alexander Poshivay, who has been appointed deputy transport minister.
In Rosmorport, deputy director Alexander Smirnov will be acting as interim director of the organization.
