The Board of Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port has elected Vyacheslav Skvortsov its Chairman. The decision was made during the Board meeting on September 9. Skvortsov is taking over from his predecessor, Rashid Sharipov, as of today, September 15.
Both Skvortsov and Sharipov represent Russia’s oil puipeline major Transneft in the NCSP Board. Skvortsov has been Vice President of Transneft since February 2019. Prior to that, during 2010-2019, he was advisor to the President of Transneft.
