Glencore Agriculture Limited has announced completing the acquisition of Everi port terminal in Ukraine from Orexim group of companies.
Everi is a vegetable oil export terminal in Nikolaev offering storage and loading services for international and domestic customers. The 2010-built facility was modernized in 2018. The terminal has an annual capacity of 1.5 mn tons of vegetable oil and can store 160 thousand tons of cargo at a time.
