Ferry Delivers Cattle from Kaliningrad to Ust-Luga

  • Oboronlogistics, the owner and operator of the “Ambal” ferry deployed between the ports of Ust-Luga and Kaliningrad, has reported delivering breeding cattle to Ust-Luga. The animals were carried in trucks in the vessel’s holds accompanied by driver cowboys.

This is not the first time the “Ambal” transports animals. Apart from cattle, the vessels also carried deer for nature reserves and farms, dolphins, and circus animals including lions, bears, seals, monkeys, dogs, horses, parrots, elephants and camels.

Pets, however, are not allowed on board, at least to the passenger cabins.
