North-West Operative Customs Chief Appointed

  • Colonel Nikolay Lagirev has been appointed Chief of the North-West Operative Customs, part of the North-West Customs Directorate, w.e.f. April 15, 2020.

    Prior to this appointment, he was acting chief of the North-West Operative Customs since 2017, and before that served as Deputy Chief of the North-West Customs Directorate since 2015.

    N.Lagirev started with the customs service in 2001, before being appointed to the North-West Customs Directorate he served with the Siberian Customs Directorate.
