Liquid bulk, which accounts for the largest share in the aggregate throughput of the Group, increased by 9.7% year-on-year and by 11.2% month-on-month up to 9.8 mn tons.
Combined crude oil traffic via Novorossiysk and Primorsk grew by 14.3% year-on-year and by 8.8% month-on-month up to 6.3 mn tons. Oil products volume increased by 3.2% year-on-year and by 18% month-on-month up to 3.5 mn tons.
Solid bulk surged by 48.2% year-on-year and increased by 9.3% month-on-month down to 7.3 mn tons up to 643.8 thousand tons. Coal handling made 187 thousand tons (+37.3% year-on-year and +5.7% month-on-month), ferrous ore made 339.5 thousand tons (+6.8% year-on-year and +25.3% month-on-month), chemicals made 102.1 thousand tons (up 2.6-fold year-on-year and +32.6% month-on-month). Sugar handling dropped by 91.3% year-on-year and by 92.4% month-on-month down to 4.6 thousand tons.
General cargo declined by 26.4% year-on-year and by 23.8% month-on-month down to 983.6 thousand tons. Ferrous metals amounted to 872.2 thousand tons (-30.2% year-on-year and -22.4% month-on-month), non-ferrous metals made 87.8 thousand tons (+69.2% year-on-year and -28.1% month-on-month). Timber and logs made 16.1 thousand tons (-47.5% year-on-year and -44.6% month-on-month), perishables accounted for 7.5 thousand tons (+99.2% year-on-year and -52.9% month-on-month).
