FESCO Transportation Group has announced the appointment of Maxim Sakharov President of the Group. He starts in this position w.e.f. March 6 taking over from Alexandrs Isurins, who is leaving the company.
Maxim Sakharov has been with FESCO since 2005 starting as an economist, his most recent position being Vice President, finance since 2016.
He will be replaced in this position by Leonid Zvyagintsev, head of the corporate finance department.
According to market sources, Alexandrs Isurins is expected to take up a position with TransContainer. Prior to his employment with FESCO, he had been MD of Mediterranean Shipping Company Rus for 10 years.
