Viktor Golomolzin has been appointed head of the Oct5ober Railway replacing Vladimir Goloskokov who has been promoted to the Russian Railways headquarters in Moscow.
Prior to this appointment V.Golomolzin was head of the Kaliningrad Railway. His successor to this position is Sergey Sapegin who was deputy head of the Kaliningrad Railway.
