Alexander Poshivay, deputy head of the Federal Agency of maritime and river transport (Rosmorrechflot) has been appointed acting head of the Agency.
Yury Tzvetkov who was filling this position until recently in addition to the office of a Deputy Transport Minister, will continue to serve as Deputy Transport Minister.
Andrey Kostyuk, Head of the Federal Road Agency, will combine this position with the office of a Deputy Transport Minister.
