Black Sea coasters have been keeping rising for several weeks already. The Mediterranean Sea coasters market is facing a lack of tonnage due to favorable conditions in the Black Sea and is also making attempts to rise.
Apart from the Sea of Azov, the Caspian region is still booming. Rates have risen significantly and the lack of available tonnage would probably let this segment achieve new levels this year.
